Job Description
- Lead large-scale cloud and DevOps programs with a strong focus on automation, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with an emphasis on automation-first and self-healing infrastructure.
- Drive the development of reusable automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
- Champion the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Establish organization-wide DevOps practices, GitOps models, and CI/CD governance strategies.
- Oversee delivery of multiple, concurrent enterprise programs across distributed teams.
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectivesrevenue, utilization, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Implement Agile, DevOps, and lean methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and reduce time-to-market.
- Act as the senior point of contact for global clients, understanding business requirements and delivering value-driven solutions.




- Build and maintain solid client relationships through transparency, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery performance.
- Travel internationally for key stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and business development engagements.
- Manage and mentor senior engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and technical upskilling initiatives.
- Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Cloud, DevOps, Agile, and Automation.
- Collaborate with leadership to support customer acquisition strategies and service line expansion.
- Guide R&D; and innovation initiatives, including intellectual property development and emerging technology exploration (e.g., AI/ML-based automation).
