Job Description

Responsible for driving business development activities for the company's current product basket of biodegradable/compostable packaging solutions such as carry bags, shopping bags, trash bags, pouches, and films made from natural polymers like PLA, PBAT, PBS, PHA, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and marketing activities for export markets.
- Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
- Handle export business development for regions including Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East, and Asia.
- Understand customer products, applications, manufacturing facilities, and segments to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and segment product applications to target different customer needs effectively.




- Develop new business opportunities among existing and potential customers/segments.
- Generate new leads and establish partnerships in target geographies.
- Build and grow product sales from scratch, including premium and niche segments.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven export sales experience with a strong track record in acquiring and handling international clients.
- Experience managing a segment or category independently.
- Experience in building product sales from scratch.
- Experience in selling to retail customers.
- Track record of selling premium pricing or innovative products.
- Knowledge of biodegradable/compostable packaging is a plus.
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
