Job Description
- Complete ownership of SMS (Steel Melt Shop) and Foundry operations
- Lead end-to-end SMS and foundry operations.
- Decide raw material mix and metallurgical composition.
- Ensure billet quality and production efficiency.
- Lead plant teams and coordinate with downstream operations.
- Drive process improvements aligned with business requirement
The Successful Applicant
- BE/BTech, preferably in Metallurgical Engineering.
- 12+ years leading Steel Melt Shop operations.
- Experience with large induction furnaces (20 MT+).
- Robust exposure to scrap-based TMT manufacturing.
- Experience managing metallurgical controls and billet quality.
