Job Description

Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Head - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution across the organisation.

This is a critical leadership hire requiring a highly commercial, execution-focused talent leader who can influence senior stakeholders, drive hiring outcomes, and build scalable recruitment capabilities in a rapid-growing environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end hiring across Operations, Data Centres, Commercial Functions, Corporate Functions, and Equity teams.
- Partner with business leaders and the CHRO to develop and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive hiring delivery across multiple business units, ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Establish robust recruitment governance through reporting, dashboarding, analytics, forecasting, and hiring reviews.




- Build and implement scalable TA processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms that can support organisational growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high levels of accountability and execution excellence.
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Monitor hiring performance metrics and implement continuous improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive talent mapping initiatives and create proactive pipelines for critical business and leadership roles.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience while strengthening the employer brand.
