What You'll Be Doing
Manage CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIs
Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissions
Develop budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessments
Coordinate with Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E;, and Communications teams
Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordination
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligence
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs, and customer-facing materials




Support conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagement
Improve BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automation
What We're Looking For
~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development , or a related field
~ MBA/Master's degree preferred
~7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Management
~ Strong commercial and business development acumen
~ Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skills
~ Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
~ Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysis
~ Strong stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skills
~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
