? Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on interview performance)
- Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives with no upper earning limit
- Performance-based salary review after successful completion of probation

? Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
- Connect with startups, founders, investors, and business owners.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Present company services and explain platform perks.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update CRM with daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

✅ Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs, and business professionals.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Success, or Marketing will be preferred.
