We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Technical Support in Hyderabad. This role involves assisting customers with technical issues and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and user guides.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.
- Basic understanding of software applications and hardware components.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualification : Any degree / B.Tech

Year of passing : 2021-2026

Experience: Freshers

Salary: 3 Lpa to 3.5 lpa

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
