Summary

As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is active collaboration with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles is a key activity to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement within the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to streamline incident resolution processes and improve operational workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Skilled & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes within complex IT environments.
- Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and understanding their impact on business systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with maintaining and updating knowledge base documentation to support troubleshooting activities.
- Skilled in analyzing system components to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Database & CI Management.
