Designation: VP - Derivatives Platform Strats

- Develop and enhance the vanilla and structured products platform, covering product modelling, pricing, order flow, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with traders, sales, financial engineers, technologists, and global Strats teams to onboard new products and enable competitive pricing.
- Build and improve tools, models, and processes to support derivatives strategies and platform efficiency.
- Apply strong market understanding and structured products knowledge to support pricing and platform development.
- Take ownership of key projects with a proactive and self-driven approach.

Desired Profile

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in an investment bank within Derivatives, Strats, Quant, or Front Office Technology roles.




- Robust domain expertise in Equity Derivatives and Structured Products, including pricing and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of vanilla and structured products platforms, product modelling, and pricing frameworks.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience in building or supporting derivatives pricing, product onboarding, or trading platforms.
