Position: Manager – Sales, Customer Support & Revenue Growth

Company Overview

We are an Angel One Sub-Broker providing Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, investment products, and other financial services to individual and corporate clients.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager who can lead the Team Leaders and Sales/Support teams, drive business growth, improve customer acquisition and retention, and contribute directly to company revenue.

Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for managing Team Leaders, driving sales and revenue growth, monitoring customer support operations, and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, communication, and team-management skills, along with a good understanding of stock market products, Demat/Trading Accounts, financial services, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management

* Manage and supervise Team Leaders and their respective teams.

* Set daily, weekly,



and monthly targets for Team Leaders and sales teams.

* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

* Motivate employees and maintain a productive and positive work environment.

* Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.

* Develop Team Leaders and employees for future leadership responsibilities.

2. Sales & Business Development

* Drive sales of Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, and other financial products/services.

* Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Generate recent business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, customer relationships, and other channels.

* Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to account opening and activation.

* Improve customer conversion and activation ratios.
