About the Role

We are looking for a Karnataka Business Manager to take complete ownership of Flashoot's business and operations in Karnataka, with a primary focus on Bangalore.

This is an end-to-end ownership role.



The person will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey — from handling inbound leads and generating new business to closing deals, assigning creators, coordinating shoots, ensuring timely delivery, and collecting customer feedback.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, commercially driven, comfortable meeting clients offline, and capable of independently managing both sales and operations in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Karnataka Lead Management
- Handle all inbound leads received from Karnataka.
- Call and qualify leads to understand their requirements, budget, location, and timelines.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate lead status and communication updates in the CRM.
- Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

2. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Flashoot packages.
