As we continue to scale our content business, we are looking for a commercially driven Content Licensing & Partnerships professional who can build new distribution partnerships and monetize our content library across India and international markets.

About the Role





The Manager / Senior Manager – Content Licensing & Partnerships will be responsible for driving content monetization through licensing, syndication, and strategic distribution partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have robust relationships across OTT platforms, broadcasters, digital platforms, publishers, aggregators, and media networks, along with a proven track record of negotiating and closing content deals.

This is a hands-on commercial role with ownership of the licensing pipeline, partner development, negotiations, deal closure, and revenue delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Licensing & Revenue
- Identify, develop, pitch, negotiate, and close content licensing and syndication opportunities across OTT platforms, broadcasters, digital platforms, publishers, aggregators, and other distribution partners.
- Drive monetization of Rusk Media's content/IP portfolio across domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong licensing pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
