Preferred Qualifications

Preferred MBA /B –Tech or Graduate from Good Universities

Preferred working background from Cleaning industry

3 -5 + years Industrial /Key account sales experience, direct sales experience a plus value

Ability to adopt working environment and atmosphere

Able to Suggest customer application based site survey for suitable machine.

Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales Target

Prepare and submit weekly & monthly MIS, and reports to management

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Technical Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of cleaning machines, explaining technical features and benefits to potential clients.

Site Analysis & Solutions: Visit industrial sites to evaluate cleaning needs and recommend the appropriate machinery and service solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and manage account growth.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, prepare proposals, and close deals while resolving customer objections or complaints.

Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activit
