We are building a strong distribution network across Tamil Nadu and are now expanding aggressively in the Chennai region.
Role Objective
To develop the Chennai territory by expanding the dealer network, driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening market presence, and supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving the region’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and develop dealers within the assigned territory.
- Generate primary and secondary sales in line with monthly targets.
- Conduct dealer visits, carpenter meets,
and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure effective retail display and branding execution.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Support collection follow-ups and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and Head Office for marketing initiatives, CRM activities, and lead conversion.
- Submit regular market reports, visit reports, and sales updates to the Area Sales Manager.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, hardware, or related industries.
- Good dealer and retailer network in Chennai and nearby markets.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to market development.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
