Job Title HR Payroll Department Human Resources Location Dhule Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time Job Summary The Human Resources Executive Payroll is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization s payroll functions to ensure payroll is processed on time accurately and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations This role serves as a critical link between HR and Finance ensuring seamless payroll operations benefit deductions compliance and reporting The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll systems tax regulations and employee benefits administration Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full payroll process for all employees including hourly salaried full-time part-time and contract workers Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly monthly payrolls including bonuses commissions garnishments and other special payments Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure employee records are up-to-date and accurate in payroll systems Ensure compliance with all local state and federal payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements Manage the setup and administration of payroll-related employee advantages such as retirement contributions insurance premiums and leave accruals Prepare and reconcile payroll reports including W-2s 1099s and other year-end tax documents Work with external vendors or software providers to troubleshoot system issues and implement upgrades Conduct periodic audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and integrity Provide training and support to HR team members and supervisors on payroll procedures and systems Stay updated on changes in labor laws tax codes and benefits regulations affecting payroll Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Accounting Finance or a related field 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience including at least 1-2 years in a
