Team: Legal and Compliance
As Company Secretary & Legal, you will manage CS activities end-to-end, ensure corporate governance compliance, and vet legal documents. You will liaise with internal teams, regulators, and stakeholders to protect the company's legal interests and support smooth operations. Additionally, you will ensure regulatory updates are reflected in the Probe42 product.
Company Secretary Functions
• Maintain statutory records and handle regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
• Oversee corporate governance and compliance with internal policies
• Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory reports
• Timely reporting of MIS on applicable compliances to the Company
