Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Consultant – Accounts Payable (AP) to manage end-to-end AP operations for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of Accounts Payable experience, strong accounting fundamentals, and expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and month-end activities. This role offers exposure to international finance operations in a fast-growing shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Prepare payment proposals and coordinate payment approvals.
- Maintain accurate vendor ledgers and AP records.

Vendor Reconciliation
- Perform periodic vendor statement reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and company books.
