We invest in high-potential businesses across manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology, supported by a team of certified financial advisers and experienced fund managers. The Fund Manager will own the fund end-to-end: investment strategy, evaluation, execution, and portfolio performance. This is a founding-team position on a fund being built from scratch, so the mandate spans origination through exit and involves building systems as you go.

We expect the person to be in the office on all working days. We have a strong preference for candidates residing close to our office location.

Deal Sourcing and Investment Evaluation
Build and manage a proprietary deal pipeline across the fund's target sectors and stages through direct origination, intermediary networks,



and founder and promoter relationships
Screen inbound and sourced opportunities against the fund's investment thesis, sector focus, and return hurdles
Prepare first-cut evaluation notes and recommend which opportunities proceed to full diligence

Financial Modelling and Valuation
Build and stress-test financial models covering unit economics, cash flow, and return waterfalls
Apply appropriate valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company and transaction multiples, precedent transactions) by asset stage and sector
Develop entry and exit scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support Investment Committee decisions

Lead end-to-end diligence across commercial, financial, legal, and management workstreams, coordinating external advisers as needed
Draft Investment Committee memos with transparent theses, risk flags, and recommendations
Negotiate term sheets and definitive agreements and manage transactions through to financial
