About the Role

We are looking for a Growth & Market Development Intern to help grow Agampath, our technology platform designed for real-estate sales and business operations.

You will research builders and developers, connect with decision-makers, build relationships, create relevant content, and help generate qualified meetings and product demos.

This role combines marketing, business development, research, and relationship building.

What You'll Do
- Identify builders, developers, sales leaders, and decision-makers
- Research companies and understand their business challenges
- Reach prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers
- Generate qualified meetings and product demo opportunities
- Create real-estate-focused content and campaigns
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
- Support partnerships, communities, and market-development initiatives
- Work closely with product and leadership teams





What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good research and prospecting ability
- Comfortable reaching and speaking with new people
- Content writing and basic digital marketing knowledge
- Business-oriented and result-focused mindset
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Good to have: Experience or interest in real estate, CRM, B2B sales, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or startups.
