Titan a leading company in the Aerospace and Defence industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a TEAL- Buyer As a TEAL- Buyer you will be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics process for our company s Tactical Electronics and Avionics Line TEAL

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for TEAL Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions based on demand and budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and products Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and delivery information Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the efficiency of the procurement process

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in the Aerospace and Defence industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement Ability to work independently and in a team workplace Willingness to travel as needed
