- Drive digital growth for existing customers by leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to optimize digital experiences across web and mobile channels, increase customer engagement and conversions, and support strategic decision-making through solid partnerships with U.S.-based and cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities




- Drive digital product analytics across mobile and web channels to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes.
- Measure, analyze, and generate actionable insights on the performance of digital placements and customer journeys across Barclays-owned and partner digital properties.
- Drive incremental digital sales and conversions for existing customer management programs by recommending and implementing optimization strategies for digital experiences, offers, and placements.
- Develop and manage end-to-end funnel analytics, partnering with product, marketing, technology, and external partner teams to identify friction points and improve conversion performance.
