Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying interactive data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI. This role requires an individual with robust analytical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, and a deep understanding of Power BI functionality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report Development: Design, develop, and implement interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Data Modeling: Build efficient data models, including data integration from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services, etc.), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Transformation: Use Power Query (M Language) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to manipulate and transform data, optimizing queries for performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, gather feedback,



and iterate on dashboard and report designs.
- Optimization: Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability across various devices and platforms.
- Automation: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on how to interact with and utilize Power BI reports effectively.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure reports and dashboards comply with data security, privacy standards, and company policies.

Skills Required:
