As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Frido in our Experience Centers.
Your role goes beyond sales—you will create meaningful, ergonomic lifestyle experiences for
customers, educate them about our products, and ensure every visitor leaves with the right
comfort solution and a positive brand impression.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, consultative, and qualified manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ergonomic products through
demonstrations and storytelling
• Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue goals
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits in a comfort and wellness-focused
approach
• Assist customers with queries, product selection, and after-sales support
• Support calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions as per store requirements
