Digital Sales – West Region

About the Role

Republic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Sales Leader with 14+ years of experience to drive the Digital Sales business across the West Region.

The role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, established relationships with agencies and advertisers, and a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive digital sales revenue and business growth across the West Region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key agencies, advertisers, and brands.
- Drive sales across Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, Branded Content, and integrated digital solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop innovative, customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team.
- Track market trends, competition, and digital advertising opportunities to strengthen Republic's market position.




- Collaborate with Business, Editorial, Marketing, Product, and Broadcast teams for integrated solutions and campaign execution.

What We're Looking For
- 14+ years of experience in Digital Sales / Media Sales / Advertising Sales.
- Strong experience handling the West Region, preferably Mumbai and surrounding markets.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic client relationships.
- Robust understanding of Display, Video, CTV, YouTube, Programmatic, and digital advertising.
- Experience in news media, digital publishing, or content platforms preferred.
- Experience with News Experiences will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.
