Key Responsibilities
Attend Personal Hearings (PH) and respond to Show Cause Notices before Customs authorities.
Manage Customs Licence Applications and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification processes.
Handle Manifest / Import General Manifest (IGM) Amendments for Ocean and Air cargo clearance.
Prepare and submit formal representations and correspondence to Customs authorities.
Manage Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme benefits, Advance Licence refunds, and closure of open Customs cases.
Obtain Quality Control Order (QCO) permissions for Warehouses and Container Freight Stations (CFS) as required by customers.
Manage Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) Licence, IATA Licence, and Console Registration processes (Positive to know).
