What You'll Do
The Engineering Toolkit squad removes tooling friction for BCG X case teams by provisioning, supporting, and evolving the engineering platforms they rely on.



The team enables engineers to focus on solving client problems by delivering secure, scalable, and self-service development capabilities.
As a Senior Specialist, you will help shape the squad's AI enablement strategy while owning critical developer platforms and engineering services. You'll partner with engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, build practical solutions for case teams, and expand self-service capabilities through documentation, automation, and training.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive AI enablement initiatives by evaluating, developing, and supporting Generative AI solutions for engineering teams.
Own and administer JFrog Artifactory, including repository management, Xray, Projects, and storage governance.
Manage the Gurobi optimization setting and its on-premises cluster, ensuring reliable operations and case team enab
