Position Description
As a Site Reliability Engineer I, you will be part of the global Cloud Centre of Excellence organization responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of PAR's cloud platforms and SaaS services.
This role combines cloud infrastructure, observability,



and automation to support highly available and resilient systems, with growing use of AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to improve service reliability, automate operational processes, reduce operational toil, and enhance customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a solid, hands-on foundation in cloud operations and is comfortable owning production issues end-to-end, while continuing to build toward modern SRE practices and Infrastructure as Code.
Position Location: India – Gurugram or Jaipur (Hybrid)
This role supports 24x7 operations across multiple regions. Working days and hours are structured on a rotational basis to provide coverage and the role may also include on-call/after-hours support as needed.
