HR Manager / Assistant Manager

About the Role
One of our valuable client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Assistant Manager HR to manage and oversee HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in UAE HR practices and employment compliance, along with the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities and coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, contracts, transfers, leave, attendance, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Manage HR policies and processes in line with UAE regulations and company requirements.
Coordinate payroll-related HR activities and ensure timely processing of employee information.
Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace matters.




Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders in the UAE.
Monitor changes in UAE labour laws and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related documentation as required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong and practical knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance is mandatory.
Experience managing HR operations for a UAE-based organization is highly preferred.
Good understanding of UAE employment contracts, employee documentation, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
