As a Senior Associate - Billing Platform - Finance Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs and implementing tailored software solutions. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization.
Your expertise will be crucial in configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions to meet organizational needs.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will guide and mentor junior team members, maintaining qualified standards while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, even when the path forward is not clear.
