Objective
The Expert, Legal and Risk Counsel will provide oversight, guidance and management for client, third party vendor, strategic enablement partner and intercompany affiliate contracts regarding business products, services,
and processes for Information Technology and Embedded Engineering related professional services through a compliance framework to ensure they are executed in accordance with both internal and external regulatory requirements while minimizing contractual and delivery based risk. In partnership with the business and key stakeholders, continuously drives a robust culture of compliance and demonstrates integrity and professional judgment in protecting the interests of RT. This position supports the SVP of Risk, Contracts & Compliance in developing practices, policies and programs that will enhance the overall risk profile for RD.
