Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Skilled with 11 to 18 years of expertise to lead a team in driving global enhancement initiatives for our EBS Financials environment. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader capable of managing a group of five or more colleagues while serving as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding priority enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle R12x and R122x systems, specializing in finance modules, project accounting, and sub-ledger accounting. Beyond technical proficiency, this position demands strong analytical skills to interpret process reports, map them to system configurations, and resolve complex application issues. The successful applicant will oversee the full lifecycle of change requests, from requirement streamlining and test scenario development to unit and integration testing, ensuring high-quality delivery and independent problem-solving capabilities in a consulting-oriented environment.

Responsibilities




Lead a team of five or more professionals to execute global enhancement processes and drive strategic improvements.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates on enhancements and prioritizing discussions based on business needs.
Analyze process reports and documentation to accurately map business requirements into the EBS system configuration.
Manage the end-to-end handling of Change Requests, including the preparation, review, and execution of test scenarios.
Provide comprehensive production support and resolve critical issues within the Oracle Finance application suite.
Leverage expertise in statutory regulations and product features to ensure system compliance and alignment with legal requirements.
Evaluate and implement optimal payment and receivables formats and options to meet diverse business needs.
