- Identify diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Dismantle repair and reassemble mechanical components such as motors pumps gearboxes
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines or mechanical systems
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and report work progress to the supervisor
- Follow all company safety policies and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance machine performance and reliability
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for smooth operations
Required Skills - Strong understanding of mechanical tools machinery and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals
