Our Procurement Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE)



is a global capability team within Procurement Strategy & Delivery that supports Haleon’s ambition of delivering best‑in‑class contracting excellence, compliance, risk mitigation and value realization. The team develops and governs contracting standards, templates, playbooks, processes, technologies and insights that ensure consistent, high‑quality contracting outcomes across all categories and regions. By working as One Procurement — in partnership with Legal, Category Management, Risk, Finance, Data & Digital, and regional procurement teams — the Contracting CoE drives performance, reduces complexity, enhances stakeholder experience and strengthens business controls.
