AI-First Engineering
We build software using an AI-first engineering workflow.



Engineers are expected to use contemporary coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of software design, testing, security, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment alongside effective use of AI.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain production-quality software
Deliver features from design through deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in design discussions and code reviews
Debug production issues and improve system reliability
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of software engineering experience
Strong programming skills in Java or similar object-oriented languages
Understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems fundamentals
Experience building production applications
Strong debugging and testing fundamentals, including debugging code you didn't write yourself
Comfortable using Cur
