As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Automation- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. You will be at the forefront of managing key processes and functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional services. Within our Managed Services practice,
you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while continuously improving and optimizing processes, tools, and services.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach team members, leverage their strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business knowledge, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
