Job Description – Senior
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer / Senior QA Analyst with robust expertise in Payments, Cards, Banking Operations, and Quality Assurance leadership. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end test strategy, test planning, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.
Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
Drive defect management and facilitate defect triage discussions.
Collaborate with business, development, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support functional, integration, system, and UAT testing initiatives.
Provide guidance on automation opportunities and quality engineering practices.
Perform data validation and support ETL testing efforts.
Skills Required:
Test Management:Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management and Defect Triage
Payments Domain: Good understanding of Payments Processing, ISO 20022 Payment Flows, SWIFT Messaging and Fed Payment Systems
Banking & Cards Domain:Experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) Workflows, Credit & Debit Card Lifecycle Management, Card Acquisition, Co-branded Card Programs, Collections & Recovery Processes, Dispute and Chargeback Lifecycle
Technical Skills:Working knowledge of Test Automation Concepts, SQL Queries and Data Validation and Database Testing
ETL Testing: Understanding of ETL Testing Processes, Data Mapping Validation, Source-to-Target Recon
