About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President – Finance to manage strategic finance operations, client relationships, financial reporting, and decision-support activities for US-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US GAAP, revenue recognition, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting,



internal controls, cash flow management, audit coordination, and international stakeholder management .

This is a strategic and client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting policies.
- Apply robust knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles .
- Review financial statements and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management, CFOs, and client leadership.

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Provide financial recommendations aligned with business objectives
