HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

Freshers with a robust interest in Human Resources and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist with salary discussions and offer letter preparation.




- Manage the employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related information.
- Assist in payroll-related activities and provide necessary attendance inputs.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, and other HR matters.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Support employee engagement activities, meetings, events, and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documents as required by management.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of HR exp
