Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the Sr. Business Development Manager,



the Business Development Manager will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with companies, public institutions, and NGOs. The role requires a proactive professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of identifying shared goals, securing funding, and developing scalable programs that drive climate action and social impact.

You’ll be in charge of:
Identifying and building relationships with corporates, CSR units, foundations, multilateral agencies, and public institutions to secure funding and strategic collaborations.
Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential partners aligned with the organization’s mission and geographic priorities.
Serving as the primary focal point for key partners and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and transparent engagement.
