Job Purpose
•Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) Milling VMC/ HMC/ Palnomiller machine.Key Result Area
•Maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment’s.Key Responsibilities
•Program Management: Create, load, examine,



and modify CNC programs to ensure efficient machine runs.•Machine Setup: Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machines, including milling and Planomiller machines.•Planning & Interpretation: Study engineering drawings, specifications, machining parameters, and interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances.•Programming & Calibration: Enter instructions, set zero/reference points, configure tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches. Calculate requirements and prove part programs.•Operation & Verification: Load feed mechanisms, position stock, and verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces against standards.•Quality Assurance: Take precise measurements, detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes, adjust / reprogram controls, sharpen / replace worn tools, and adhere to QA procedures.•Safety & Maintenance: Maintain safe operations by foll
