ERM is seeking a motivated Environmental Consultant to join our team in India to support the successful delivery of ERM projects by delivering multiple project tasks or components, and building effective working relationships within Division and across technical communities. The role involves delivering EHS/ESG/E&S; due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and project finance, including Equator Principles reviews.

Roles & Responsibilities
Perform ESG and EHS due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, capital raising, and project finance, including Equator Principles reviews and property transactions.
Conduct Environmental & Social (E&S;) due diligence for project finance.
Execute Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM 1527) and EHS Due Diligence.
Carry out desktop and field assessments of environmental and reputational risks, including:
