This is a senior commercial role focused on strengthening key customer relationships and driving profitable growth across the East Zone. You will play a central role in expanding markets, developing new product applications, and promoting value-added services and solutions. The position combines account management, business development, market intelligence, and technical-commercial engagement. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and strengthen market presence. The role also involves representing the business at industry events, seminars, exhibitions, and technical forums. Success will require strong commercial judgment, customer influence, and the ability to turn market insights into actionable growth opportunities.

Accountabilities
Drive profitable account growth: Manage key accounts with a strong focus on gross margin, balancing volume,



pricing, customer development, and overall commercial performance.
Develop markets and products: Identify opportunities for recent markets, products, applications, and solutions, translating customer and industry needs into growth initiatives.
Expand applications and services: Promote services, solutions, and new product applications while identifying ways to increase customer value and market penetration.
Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with key customers and relevant industry stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting long-term business development.
Support promotional activities: Contribute actively to exhibitions, seminars, technical trainings, public presentations, and other promotional initiatives.
