Sr. Customer Support Associate (Voice)

Location: Infopark, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000/month
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 1–3 years in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process (Mandatory)

Career gap candidates & sales background profiles will not be considered

Shift Timing:

Male: 2 PM – 12 AM
Female: 9 AM – 7 PM

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards
Update customer interactions and records in the system

Requirements
Graduation is mandatory
1–3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process
Excellent English communication skills
Voice process experience is compulsory
Willingness to work in assigned shift timings
Must attend a face-to-face interview
Immediate joiners preferred (optional)
Candidates with career gaps or pure sales background will not be considered
