A Day in the Life
Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging, and data-driven planning tools that support complex spine and cranial procedures. The Surgical Synergy portfolio combines innovative technologies and procedural solutions designed to enhance surgical precision, improve workflow efficiency, and support better patient outcomes.
As an Area Manager based in Chennai (Remote),



you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for the Surgical Synergy and Spine portfolio within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting procedural adoption, and executing territory strategies to achieve business objectives. Approximately 50% travel is required for customer engagement, clinical support, account management, and business development activities.

Promote and sell Surgical Synergy and Spine products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other customer accounts within the assigned territory.
