The role
Quality is a key driver of competitive advantage in the Ice Cream business. The QMS,



Training and Culture of Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in embedding a robust culture of quality, ensuring robust governance, and maintaining an effective quality management system across the business unit.
The role will be expanded to support supplier and collaborative manufacturing quality development, consumer complaint governance, quality reporting, and quality readiness for innovation and disruptive innovation projects.
Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the BU Quality Management System, training framework, and Culture of Quality agenda, while strengthening quality governance across factories, suppliers, and collaborative manufacturing partners. The role ensures QMS compliance, effective audit and CAPA management, data-driven reporting, consumer complaint follow-up, and quality support for innovation projects in the Ice Cream business.
