We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Tech SME

This role is in Regulatory IT under Finance IT for Markets Security Services. Regulatory space is quite dynamic and has huge opportunity to explore current solutions. The team is primarily involved in Basel III reporting for Counterparty Credit Risk. The team is working on upcoming changes as per the Regulatory Guidelines.





The team is currently engaged with a stream of mandatory regulatory capital programmes that include new Standardised Approach to CCR (SA-CCR), Stress Testing (PRA/ECB/HKMA) and Basel III reforms. The team is highly skilled and one of the best in the industry. We work on cutting edge technology and have a multi-culture, multi-location team. This team is driving many innovations for our users. This role is required to have effective communication across stakeholders, and it creates good prospect to thrive in a matrix organization.

In this role, you will:

Lead CCR analysis and delivery across regulatory programmes (CCR RWA, CVA, Leverage Ratio and related capital/reporting outcomes), translating regulatory intent into implementable requirements.
Own end-to-end BA artefacts to bank standards: FRS, TRD/design
