This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, App Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Payroll based in India.
This is a leadership role within HR technology, responsible for the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll environment.
You will lead a team supporting critical payroll capabilities, with particular responsibility for US and Canadian payroll requirements, integrations, reporting, and system functionality.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning, stakeholder consultation, project leadership, and vendor management.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of enhancements, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Success will depend on your ability to simplify processes, improve platform performance, manage risks, and translate complex technical topics into practical business outcomes.
You will work closely with HR, business, functional, technology, release management,



and external vendor teams in a collaborative global environment.

Accountabilities:
Lead HR technology application support and enhancement activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, projects, improvements, and service delivery for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and related HR applications.
Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Payroll, providing guidance on payroll processing, tax calculations, benefits integrations, reporting, configuration, and requirements related to US and Canadian legislation.
Manage the full application change lifecycle, coordinating requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support in line with established governance.
