Job Purpose
Serve as the accountable owner of one or more GxP-regulated business systems throughout their entire lifecycle — from initial validation through adoption, evolution, and decommission — ensuring each system is fit for purpose,ms compliant, and delivering measurable value to GSK.
Translate business direction and user needs into transparent roadmap priorities,



balancing change demand against capacity and making explicit, data-informed trade-offs in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
Operate within SLS's evolving management system, contributing to a consistent, portfolio-wide view of system health, adoption, compliance posture, and business value using standard KPIs, OKRs, and scorecard frameworks.
Champion an assurance-first approach to validation, reducing calendar time and effort while maintaining inspection readiness, and act as an active contributor to the BSO community of practice.
Key Responsibilities
