As a Remote Guest Experience Specialist, you will help clients turn their travel ideas into memorable, personalized experiences.
You’ll consult with travelers to understand their preferences, interests, budgets, and expectations.
From there, you’ll research destinations, accommodations, activities, transportation, and other trip essentials.
You’ll manage bookings and provide attentive support before, during, and after each journey.
The role combines customer service, travel planning, sales, and relationship building in a fully remote setting.

Accountabilities:
