The role
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead and shape architecture across HR, Finance,



and Legal core functions. This role requires strong domain knowledge, architectural expertise, and an ability to drive clarity and coherence across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will combine excellent integration knowledge, robust business capability understanding, and exceptional communication skills. You will support the Lead Enterprise Architect by contributing to strategy formulation, conducting targeted research, and developing high‑quality architectural documentation and presentations. Experience in manufacturing environments is beneficial but not essential.

What you'll be responsible for
Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps for HR, Finance, and Legal domains.
Lead architecture assessments, solution design, and technology evaluations aligned with business strategy.
